Fifth Month

Ethan's Fifth Month was not as adventurous as his fourth, he stayed closer to home enjoying the Manly Jazz festival, time with his Mum and Dad and the Australian spring. We say spring but there were a few days this month where temperatures went over 30 degrees (Celsius). Ethan will need a little time to get used to these temperatures, he was a bit hot and grumpy but will certainly have to get accustomed to it if he is going to grow up in Australia!

There have however been some big changes this month, he is growing up very quickly our little boy. He laughs out loud at his own little jokes and he has been rolling from back to front since the beginning of the month. Mum and Dad could not stop him from rolling in fact and towards the end of the month he started rolling himself over in the middle of the night in his bed. Unfortunately he cannot roll himself back and cannot sleep on his tummy so this has affected his 'sleeping through'... Mum and Dad just have to roll him back and he goes straight back to sleep, we spend most days trying to teach him how to roll himself the other way...

Ethan has finished his GymbaROO (baby pilates!) term and has now been signed up for swimming lessons to start at the end of October. Stay tuned for those photo's but for now we'll finish off with a few GymbaROO shots.
