October 2012

In October 2012 Ethan started Nippers.  For the non Australians "Nippers is about learning, confidence and having fun in a safe beach environment. For Nippers, the beach is the classroom. They gain confidence by passing the ‘tests’ of swimming, body boarding, beach sprints, dolphin-diving, spotting a rip, having fun with new friends and discovering things about themselves." Basically, lots of fun on the beach for Ethan for 2 hours every Sunday morning through the summer in Manly!

Now that Ethan is a Nipper and is coming to the end of his first year at school, he decided it was time to redecorate his bedroom as well.  Here he is at Ikea looking for ideas, think he has found his perfect room...

More home work, this months news was to list 5 items you want and 5 that you need.  Good to see LOVE rates higher than food Ethan.  Also good to see he wants a computer more than Maccas (aka MacDonalds).

 Ethan performed at the school assembly this month - looking dashing in his green tie ;-)

He started up playing Futsal (summer soccer) with his new team the 'Pizza Eaters'.  The game only lasts 30 minutes, the best part is that every Friday night after his game, they all go out for pizzas...

 And of course it's October - finish off the month and the blog with Halloween shots, BOO!
